Frocks are handmade to order in England. 

Frocks will go into production once orders close and I aim to get your frock to you within 2 - 3 weeks. Once your frock ships, you will receive a tracking number. They will be posted first class with Royal Mail.

As frocks are made to order, I am unable to accept any returns. If, however, for any reason your frock arrives with a fault please let me know. 

The linens I use for some frocks can have a relaxed weave. This can create a beautiful soft frock and lovely drape but over time, due to the movement in the fabric, some buttons may need resewing onto the frocks.
